I do hope you're all having as good a time as we are. It feels very busy already, and probably no one has got time for blogging. However, one or two people asked me to resend the invitations - which I have done, but I haven't got email addresses for everyone. If you would like to be added to the blog please could you email me at the usual SA address.
I did wonder about whether we should start a discussion on what we are all preaching on in our first few weeks, but maybe we should see who's got the worst colour scheme in their house?
We made a trip down to London this week to visit some Australian relatives who came over for commissioning before they leave the UK. It was good to have breakfast with Kevin and Wendy, and catch up with some people in and around college. You may here on the grapevine that our old flat in House 11 has been declared uninhabitable! Please be assured that that has got nothing to do with us!
On a more serious note, some of you will be aware of the concern for Grace Moir just now. I know that Steve & Jo would appreciate your prayers.
Have fun.

Yeay!! I've finally managed to get on to the blog. I will do a proper posting later this week. Just wanted to let you know that I'm here!
Hi Guys,
I forgot all about this blog, I am glad I had an e.mail reminder sent me.
Hope you are all well and enjoying you appointments. I love Ireland, the place is lovely and the people are friendly, which helps.
I feel as if I have been here for months not just six weeks.
Not enough hours in the day to get everything done. Very busy programme here. This is probably to soon, but I have started to change things that are not how they should be. The changes are gradual, but they are happening. At the moment people are happy with what I am doing.
I feel at the moment I am in a bubble and I am waiting for it to burst because things are going so well. I know it can't be like this all the time.
God is good lots of things are happening and peoples lives are being changed (praise the Lord).
Looking forward to a well deserved holiday and rest. Malta here I come, 7 days to go and counting.
Blessing everyone
Linda
Good to hear from you, Linda. We're having a great time too. Enjoy Malta. Speak soon.
Hi! Glad to hear things are going OK with you all. I am having a fantastic time at the Citadel. (Wendy, all my ladies are in hats! Praise the Lord!!!). Things are going really well. The kids work is great - I've introduced some worship time (with the help of Stephen & Lynley's advice). The Over 60's Club love me to bits so hopefully it won't be too long before I have some willing volunteers to iron my shirts! Open air ministry is also going well as we link up with the families and children who attend kids club in the week. Lots of potential for great things to happen and the Corps is very mission minded. Keep fighting the salvation war with valour... 'May the Lord direct your hearts into God's love and Christ's perseverance' (1 Yim 3:5). God bless and keep you all!
Hello! I've tried this before but it didn't work. Think I actually wrote something meaningful when I tried before, but am just seeing if it works for me this time.
Michael, get those hats off all your ladies!!!
Lynley,
My ladies look lovely in their hats!!! I am just working on the white gloves and stockings uniform policy... seriously... I hope you and Stephen are well. I presume you have not heard anything on the grape vine about me as yet?
Keep fighting the Salvation War and we will stand with Jesus in the morning. Yours, in Christ,
Michael
Michael, if the hats and stockings work for you - great! Weirdo!!! :)
I haven't heard any news, but please do tell me! I can't believe something's obviously happening, and I don't know!!!! How did that happen???!
Please do tell!! Immediately!!!
Lynley,
Yep... well, you know me. I will have to get you and Stephen over to take a weekend for me - then you can wear the stockings and hat!!! Maybe??? Seriously, hope you had a great Christmas and have a fantastic New Year.
